Hurricane Hugo is one of the strongest hurricanes to have a strong impact on both the United States and the Caribbean. The places that got impacted most from this hurricane were the Caribbean, United States of the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, New England, and Canada. Hugo was a category 5 hurricane that came around September 10, 1989-September 25-1989, in all this time Hugo was able to hit all of these places and cause so much damage.
